Customized solutions for efficient processes
Loading systems with frame
Product description
Our frame loading systems combine efficiency and flexibility. They are ideal for medium-sized batches and retrofits. They can be seamlessly integrated into existing infrastructures and are versatile - both for smaller freeze dryers and for production lines with multiple freeze dryers. With an adjustable working height and the option of integrating storage units after the filling machine, they offer a customized solution for various applications.
Our solutions guarantee the highest hygiene standards and maximum safety. Frames can be picked up by an autoclave, and designs with cRABS and washdown meet the strictest safety and hygiene standards. Both semi-automatic and fully automatic frame loading systems offer a perfect balance between automation and manual interaction, allowing them to remain flexible and adaptable without losing efficiency or precision.

Frame buffer
Our innovative frame buffer technology optimizes the entire freeze-drying process by ensuring precise and gentle handling of the vials. The process begins with the careful shaping of the vials (vial formatting). The vials are fixed in a stable frame that enables safe and structured transportation.
The automated use of the frame buffer offers several key advantages:
Precise formatting: The vials are positioned exactly, which ensures uniform and efficient freeze drying.
Robust frame: By using a sturdy frame, the integrity of the vials is maintained throughout transportation.
Smooth transport: The vials are transported quickly and safely to the freeze dryer and seamlessly transferred to the next phase after the process.
Deframing System
Automated, for seamless further processing
Our automated deframing system ensures that the vials are efficiently and gently removed from their frames so that they can be easily transferred to the next process phase.
The deframing process proceeds as follows:
- Positioning: The vials are transported with the frame onto a lifting platform.
- Separation: The lifting platform moves down in a controlled process while the frame remains on top. The vials are thus carefully removed from the frame and follow the lifting platform downwards.
- Onward transportation: After removal from the frame, the vials can be transported directly to the next processing stage.
This system guarantees precise and reliable handling of the vials, minimizing the risk of damage and manual intervention in the production process.
